This house is near the local center of Lovran. The garden is lovingly put on by the owners and lends to the visitors a pleasant atmosphere. The house provides own parking lots and terraces/balconies with a view on the sea and the neighboring islands. In the nearby touristic localities Opatija, Icici, Ika etc. are numerous leisure activities available. Only 150 meters away is the well-known 12 km long coast promenade, which leads from Volosko over Opatija to the distant Lovran.
